Meet Kyoshi Kasi
Kyoshi Kasi has been a martial arts, yoga, and fitness instructor for the past 30 years. She recently completed a 200-hour certification program in Uplifted Yoga™, and also teaches Five Animals Chi Kung, as well as Meditation.
